Starting School 开学

Susan: Wow, this school is really big. I'll have to run from one end to the other. My English class is in the west wing. And I have math at the far end of the east wing. And my locker is in the south wing!
Paul: With all those wings, you'll be able to fly to your classes!
Susan: Very funny, Paul.
Mrs. Lin: Maybe you can get the books you need for math before you go to ESL Reading. That way, you won't have to go back to your locker.
Susan: But I don't want to carry all those heavy books around.
Paul: It'll do you good, Susan. You need to build a few muscles.
Susan: Oh, be quiet.
Mrs. Lin: Why don't you get a backpack to carry your books in?
Susan: Hey, that's a great idea. That will make it a lot easier.
Paul: Yeah. If you're going to hike all over this big school, you'll need a backpack.
